स एव प्रकृतौ लीनो भोक्ता यः प्रकृतेर्यतः ॥ तस्य प्रकृतिलीनस्य यः परस्स महेश्वरः ॥ ११॥
He is the enjoyer who is absorbed in nature because of nature. He who is beyond that merged in nature is the Supreme Lord.
english translation
तदधीनप्रवृत्तित्त्वात्प्रकृतेः पुरुषस्य च ॥ अथवा त्रिगुणन्तत्त्वं मायेयमिदमव्ययम् ॥ १२ ॥
Because of the instinct of nature and man under it. Or this inexhaustible illusory essence of the threefold nature.
english translation
मायान्तु प्रकृतिम्विद्यान्मायिनन्तु महेश्वरम्॥ मायाविमोचकोऽनन्तोमहेश्वरसमन्वयात्॥ १३॥
May the illusory nature be knowledge and may the illusory be the great Lord. He is the liberator of illusion by the union of the infinite Lord.
english translation
रु द्दुःखं दुःखहेतुर्वा तद्द्रावयति यः प्रभुः॥ रुद्र इत्युच्यते तस्माच्छिवः परमकारणम्॥ १४॥
The word Rud means misery or cause of misery. The lord who dispels it is called Rudra, lord Śiva, the great or ultimate cause.
english translation
शिवतत्त्वादिभूम्यन्तं शरीरादि घटादि च॥ व्याप्याधितिष्ठति शिवस्तमाद्विष्णुरुदाहृतः॥ १५॥
Śiva is called Viṣṇu because he pervades the principles of Śiva ending with the earth and the bodies, pots etc.
