जगतः पितृभूतानां शिवो मूर्त्यात्मनामपि ॥ पितृभावेन सर्वेषां पितामह उदीरितः ॥ १६॥
Śiva is called Pitāmaha because of his fatherhood of the Trinity which in turn is the cause of the universe.
english translation
jagataH pitRbhUtAnAM zivo mUrtyAtmanAmapi ॥ pitRbhAvena sarveSAM pitAmaha udIritaH ॥ 16॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptनिदानज्ञो यथा वैद्यो रोगस्य निवर्तकः॥ उपायैर्भेषजैस्तद्वल्लयभोगाधिकारकः॥ १७॥
Just as a physician who knows the diagnosis prevents disease He has the right to enjoy that ring by means of medicines.
english translation
nidAnajJo yathA vaidyo rogasya nivartakaH॥ upAyairbheSajaistadvallayabhogAdhikArakaH॥ 17॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptसंसारस्येश्वरो नित्यं स्थूलस्य विनिवर्तकः ॥ संसार वैद्य इत्युक्तस्सर्वतत्त्वार्थवेदिभिः॥ १८॥
He is the Lord of this world and always the destroyer of the gross. He is called the physician of the world by the knowers of all truths and meanings.

saMsArasyezvaro nityaM sthUlasya vinivartakaH ॥ saMsAra vaidya ityuktassarvatattvArthavedibhiH॥ 18॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptदशार्द्धज्ञानसिद्ध्यर्थमिन्द्रियेषु च सत्स्वपि ॥ त्रिकालभाविनो भावान्स्थूलान्सूक्ष्मानशेषतः ॥ १९॥
For the perfection of the ten and a half knowledges and in the senses and in the good. The gross and subtle beings of the three times are infinitely present.

dazArddhajJAnasiddhyarthamindriyeSu ca satsvapi ॥ trikAlabhAvino bhAvAnsthUlAnsUkSmAnazeSataH ॥ 19॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptअणवो नैव जानन्ति मायार्णवमलावृताः ॥ असत्स्वपि च सर्वेषु सिद्धसर्वार्थवेदिषु ॥ २० ॥
Atoms do not know they are covered by the immaculate ocean of illusion And even in all the unreal, the perfect and the knowers of all meanings.

aNavo naiva jAnanti mAyArNavamalAvRtAH ॥ asatsvapi ca sarveSu siddhasarvArthavediSu ॥ 20 ॥
