निरुद्धप्राण आसीनो मूलेनैव स्वमूलतः ॥ शक्तिमुत्थाप्य तत्तेजः प्रभावात्पिंगलाध्वना ॥ २१ ॥
With his breath restrained he sat down at the root of his own roots By the power of that effulgence he raised his power by the path of Pingala.
english translation
niruddhaprANa AsIno mUlenaiva svamUlataH ॥ zaktimutthApya tattejaH prabhAvAtpiMgalAdhvanA ॥ 21 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptपुष्पांजलौ निर्गमय्य मण्डलस्थस्य भास्वतः ॥ सिन्दूरारुणदेहस्य वामार्द्धदयितस्य च ॥ २२ ॥
He brought out flowers and water from the radiant man in the circle He had a red body like sindur and was beloved by the left half.

puSpAMjalau nirgamayya maNDalasthasya bhAsvataH ॥ sindUrAruNadehasya vAmArddhadayitasya ca ॥ 22 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptअक्षस्रक्पाशखट्वांगकपालांकुशपंकजम् ॥ शंखं चक्रं दधानस्य चतुर्वक्त्रस्य लोचनैः ॥ २३ ॥

akSasrakpAzakhaTvAMgakapAlAMkuzapaMkajam ॥ zaMkhaM cakraM dadhAnasya caturvaktrasya locanaiH ॥ 23 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptराजितस्य द्वादशभिस्तस्य हृत्पंकजोदरे ॥ प्रणवं पूर्वमुद्धृत्य ह्रांह्रींसस्तदनन्तरम् ॥ २४॥

rAjitasya dvAdazabhistasya hRtpaMkajodare ॥ praNavaM pUrvamuddhRtya hrAMhrIMsastadanantaram ॥ 24॥
