निरुद्धप्राण आसीनो मूलेनैव स्वमूलतः ॥ शक्तिमुत्थाप्य तत्तेजः प्रभावात्पिंगलाध्वना ॥ २१ ॥

With his breath restrained he sat down at the root of his own roots By the power of that effulgence he raised his power by the path of Pingala.

english translation

niruddhaprANa AsIno mUlenaiva svamUlataH ॥ zaktimutthApya tattejaH prabhAvAtpiMgalAdhvanA ॥ 21 ॥
