इति जप्त्वा महादेवं सांबं संसारभेषजम् ॥ सर्वज्ञमपराधीनं सर्वानुग्रहकारकम् ॥ ६१ ॥
Having thus chanted Mahadeva Sāmba the remedy for this world He is omniscient and independent of others and benevolent to all.

एकारत्निसमुत्सेधमरत्निद्वयविस्तृतम् ॥ मृदा पीठं प्रकल्प्याथ गोपये नोपलेपयेत् ॥ ६२ ॥
Then a mud platform, two Aratnis square and one Aratni high, shall be erected and smeared with cow-dung.

चतुरस्रं च तन्मध्ये गंधाक्षतसमन्वितेः ॥ सुगंधकुसुमैर्बिल्वैस्तुलस्या च समर्चयेत् ॥ ६३ ॥
A mystic diagram shall be inscribed in the middle and worshipped wilh fragrant flowers, Bilva leaves and Tulasī along with scented raw grains.
english translation
प्रणवेन ततो दयाद्धूपदीपौ पयोहविः ॥ दत्त्वा प्रदक्षिणीकृत्य नमस्कुर्य्याच्च पंचधा ॥ ६४ ॥
The waving of the lights fumigating with incense, milk and the food offering shall be offered with Praṇava. The grave shall be circumambulated. They shall them prostrate five times.
english translation
प्रणवं द्वादशावृत्त्वा संजप्य प्रणमेत्ततः ॥ दिग्विदिक्क्रमतो दद्याद्ब्रह्माद्यम्प्रणवेन च ॥ ६५ ॥
After repeating the Praṇava twelve times they shall again make obeisance. To every quarter and interstice food offering shall be offered with Praṇava.
