यस्याः कुक्षौ लीनमखण्डं जगदण्डं भूयो भूयः प्रादुरभूदुत्थितमेव । पत्या सार्धं तां रजताद्रौ विहरन्तीं गौरीमम्बामम्बुरुहाक्षीमहमीडे ॥ ७॥
I adore my mother Gauri, who has lotus like eyes, In whose womb exists, the playful limitless universes like an egg, And Within whom also exists plentiful visible and invisible forms, And who occupies half her husband’s body and wanders in his silver mountain.

मैं अपनी मां गौरी की पूजा करता हूं, जिनकी आंखें कमल जैसी हैं, जिसके गर्भ में अण्डे के समान चंचल अनन्त ब्रह्माण्ड विद्यमान हैं। और जिसके भीतर भी प्रचुर मात्रा में दृश्य और अदृश्य रूप मौजूद हैं, और जो अपने पति के आधे शरीर पर कब्जा कर लेती है और उसके चांदी के पहाड़ में घूमती है।
