ब्र॒ह्मा दे॒वानां॑ पद॒वीः क॑वी॒नामृषि॒र्विप्रा॑णां महि॒षो मृ॒गाणा॑म् । श्ये॒नो गृध्रा॑णां॒ स्वधि॑ति॒र्वना॑नां॒ सोम॑: प॒वित्र॒मत्ये॑ति॒ रेभ॑न् ॥ ब्रह्मा देवानां पदवीः कवीनामृषिर्विप्राणां महिषो मृगाणाम् । श्येनो गृध्राणां स्वधितिर्वनानां सोमः पवित्रमत्येति रेभन् ॥
The Brahmā of the gods, the guide of the sages, the ṛṣi of the pious, the buffalo of wild animals, the falcon of the vultures, the hatchet of deadly weapons, the Soma passes through the filter with a roar.

प्रावी॑विपद्वा॒च ऊ॒र्मिं न सिन्धु॒र्गिर॒: सोम॒: पव॑मानो मनी॒षाः । अ॒न्तः पश्य॑न्वृ॒जने॒माव॑रा॒ण्या ति॑ष्ठति वृष॒भो गोषु॑ जा॒नन् ॥ प्रावीविपद्वाच ऊर्मिं न सिन्धुर्गिरः सोमः पवमानो मनीषाः । अन्तः पश्यन्वृजनेमावराण्या तिष्ठति वृषभो गोषु जानन् ॥
The purified Soma excites gratifying praises as a river (excites) the wave of sound; the showerer (of benefits) beholding the hidden (treasure) presides over these irresistible powers, knowing about the cattle.

स म॑त्स॒रः पृ॒त्सु व॒न्वन्नवा॑तः स॒हस्र॑रेता अ॒भि वाज॑मर्ष । इन्द्रा॑येन्दो॒ पव॑मानो मनी॒ष्यं१॒॑शोरू॒र्मिमी॑रय॒ गा इ॑ष॒ण्यन् ॥ स मत्सरः पृत्सु वन्वन्नवातः सहस्ररेता अभि वाजमर्ष । इन्द्रायेन्दो पवमानो मनीष्यंशोरूर्मिमीरय गा इषण्यन् ॥
(Soma) who are the exhilarator, harming (the foe) in battles, (yourself) unharmed, who have a thousand streams, rush against the strength (of the enemy), Indu, who are being purified, the sage, uttering cries, urge on for Indra the wave of juice.

परि॑ प्रि॒यः क॒लशे॑ दे॒ववा॑त॒ इन्द्रा॑य॒ सोमो॒ रण्यो॒ मदा॑य । स॒हस्र॑धारः श॒तवा॑ज॒ इन्दु॑र्वा॒जी न सप्ति॒: सम॑ना जिगाति ॥ परि प्रियः कलशे देववात इन्द्राय सोमो रण्यो मदाय । सहस्रधारः शतवाज इन्दुर्वाजी न सप्तिः समना जिगाति ॥

स पू॒र्व्यो व॑सु॒विज्जाय॑मानो मृजा॒नो अ॒प्सु दु॑दुहा॒नो अद्रौ॑ । अ॒भि॒श॒स्ति॒पा भुव॑नस्य॒ राजा॑ वि॒दद्गा॒तुं ब्रह्म॑णे पू॒यमा॑नः ॥ स पूर्व्यो वसुविज्जायमानो मृजानो अप्सु दुदुहानो अद्रौ । अभिशस्तिपा भुवनस्य राजा विदद्गातुं ब्रह्मणे पूयमानः ॥
