आ ते॒ दक्षं॑ मयो॒भुवं॒ वह्नि॑म॒द्या वृ॑णीमहे । पान्त॒मा पु॑रु॒स्पृह॑म् ॥ आ ते दक्षं मयोभुवं वह्निमद्या वृणीमहे । पान्तमा पुरुस्पृहम् ॥
We have recourse today to your strength, the source of happiness, the bearer (of good things), the defender (against foes), the desired of many.
