स न॒: सोमे॑षु सोमपाः सु॒तेषु॑ शवसस्पते । मा॒दय॑स्व॒ राध॑सा सू॒नृता॑व॒तेन्द्र॑ रा॒या परी॑णसा ॥ स नः सोमेषु सोमपाः सुतेषु शवसस्पते । मादयस्व राधसा सूनृतावतेन्द्र राया परीणसा ॥
Indra, drinker of the Soma, lord of strength, now that our Soma- libations have been effused, do yougladden us with wholesome food and ample wealth.
english translation
मा न॑ इन्द्र॒ परा॑ वृण॒ग्भवा॑ नः सध॒माद्य॑: । त्वं न॑ ऊ॒ती त्वमिन्न॒ आप्यं॒ मा न॑ इन्द्र॒ परा॑ वृणक् ॥ मा न इन्द्र परा वृणग्भवा नः सधमाद्यः । त्वं न ऊती त्वमिन्न आप्यं मा न इन्द्र परा वृणक् ॥
Leave us not, Indra, but share our joy; you are our protection, you are our kindred; Indra, leave us not.
english translation
अ॒स्मे इ॑न्द्र॒ सचा॑ सु॒ते नि ष॑दा पी॒तये॒ मधु॑ । कृ॒धी ज॑रि॒त्रे म॑घव॒न्नवो॑ म॒हद॒स्मे इ॑न्द्र॒ सचा॑ सु॒ते ॥ अस्मे इन्द्र सचा सुते नि षदा पीतये मधु । कृधी जरित्रे मघवन्नवो महदस्मे इन्द्र सचा सुते ॥
Sit with us, Indra, at the oblation to drink the Soma; Maghavan, perform a mighty protection for your worshipper, (seated) with us at the oblation.
english translation
न त्वा॑ दे॒वास॑ आशत॒ न मर्त्या॑सो अद्रिवः । विश्वा॑ जा॒तानि॒ शव॑साभि॒भूर॑सि॒ न त्वा॑ दे॒वास॑ आशत ॥ न त्वा देवास आशत न मर्त्यासो अद्रिवः । विश्वा जातानि शवसाभिभूरसि न त्वा देवास आशत ॥
Thunderer, neither gods nor mortals equal you by their acts; you surpass all beings by your might, thegods equal you not.

विश्वा॒: पृत॑ना अभि॒भूत॑रं॒ नरं॑ स॒जूस्त॑तक्षु॒रिन्द्रं॑ जज॒नुश्च॑ रा॒जसे॑ । क्रत्वा॒ वरि॑ष्ठं॒ वर॑ आ॒मुरि॑मु॒तोग्रमोजि॑ष्ठं त॒वसं॑ तर॒स्विन॑म् ॥ विश्वाः पृतना अभिभूतरं नरं सजूस्ततक्षुरिन्द्रं जजनुश्च राजसे । क्रत्वा वरिष्ठं वर आमुरिमुतोग्रमोजिष्ठं तवसं तरस्विनम् ॥
The assembled (priests) have roused Indra, the leader, the conqueror in all battles; they have createdhim (by their hymns) to shine-- him the mightiest in his acts, the smiter of enemies for spoil, the terrible, the most powerful, the stalwart, the furious.
