इन्द्रा॑वरुणा॒ यदृ॒षिभ्यो॑ मनी॒षां वा॒चो म॒तिं श्रु॒तम॑दत्त॒मग्रे॑ । यानि॒ स्थाना॑न्यसृजन्त॒ धीरा॑ य॒ज्ञं त॑न्वा॒नास्तप॑सा॒भ्य॑पश्यम् ॥ इन्द्रावरुणा यदृषिभ्यो मनीषां वाचो मतिं श्रुतमदत्तमग्रे । यानि स्थानान्यसृजन्त धीरा यज्ञं तन्वानास्तपसाभ्यपश्यम् ॥
O Indra and Varuṇa, I have seen what you formerly gave to the seers, wisdom, power of song, andfame, and the plural ces which the wise have prepared for themselves, as they spread the web of the sacrifice with holy austerities.
english translation
इन्द्रा॑वरुणा सौमन॒समदृ॑प्तं रा॒यस्पोषं॒ यज॑मानेषु धत्तम् । प्र॒जां पु॒ष्टिं भू॑तिम॒स्मासु॑ धत्तं दीर्घायु॒त्वाय॒ प्र ति॑रतं न॒ आयु॑: ॥ इन्द्रावरुणा सौमनसमदृप्तं रायस्पोषं यजमानेषु धत्तम् । प्रजां पुष्टिं भूतिमस्मासु धत्तं दीर्घायुत्वाय प्र तिरतं न आयुः ॥
O Indra and Varuṇa, give to the offerers cheerfulness without levity, and abundance of wealth; give tous offspring, food, prosperity; prolong our lives to length of days.
