या त॑ ऊ॒तिर॑व॒मा या प॑र॒मा या म॑ध्य॒मेन्द्र॑ शुष्मि॒न्नस्ति॑ । ताभि॑रू॒ षु वृ॑त्र॒हत्ये॑ऽवीर्न ए॒भिश्च॒ वाजै॑र्म॒हान्न॑ उग्र ॥ या त ऊतिरवमा या परमा या मध्यमेन्द्र शुष्मिन्नस्ति । ताभिरू षु वृत्रहत्येऽवीर्न एभिश्च वाजैर्महान्न उग्र ॥
Powerful Indra, with these (your protections), whether the protection be little, great or middlin, defend us for the destruction of our foes; supply us, fierce Indra, who are mighty, with those viands (that are needed).
