अग्ने॒ विश्वे॑भिः स्वनीक दे॒वैरूर्णा॑वन्तं प्रथ॒मः सी॑द॒ योनि॑म् । कु॒ला॒यिनं॑ घृ॒तव॑न्तं सवि॒त्रे य॒ज्ञं न॑य॒ यज॑मानाय सा॒धु ॥ अग्ने विश्वेभिः स्वनीक देवैरूर्णावन्तं प्रथमः सीद योनिम् । कुलायिनं घृतवन्तं सवित्रे यज्ञं नय यजमानाय साधु ॥
Bright-rayed Agni, sit down first with all the gods, upon the altar lined with wool, a nest (of perfumes) and suffused with ghee, and rightly convey (to the deities) the sacrifice of the instrumental tutor of the rite, of the presenter of the oblation.
english translation
इ॒ममु॒ त्यम॑थर्व॒वद॒ग्निं म॑न्थन्ति वे॒धस॑: । यम॑ङ्कू॒यन्त॒मान॑य॒न्नमू॑रं श्या॒व्या॑भ्यः ॥ इममु त्यमथर्ववदग्निं मन्थन्ति वेधसः । यमङ्कूयन्तमानयन्नमूरं श्याव्याभ्यः ॥
The priests churn you, Agni, as was done by atharvan, and bring him from the glooms of night wandering deviously, but not bewildered.
english translation
जनि॑ष्वा दे॒ववी॑तये स॒र्वता॑ता स्व॒स्तये॑ । आ दे॒वान्व॑क्ष्य॒मृताँ॑ ऋता॒वृधो॑ य॒ज्ञं दे॒वेषु॑ पिस्पृशः ॥ जनिष्वा देववीतये सर्वताता स्वस्तये । आ देवान्वक्ष्यमृताँ ऋतावृधो यज्ञं देवेषु पिस्पृशः ॥
Be born, Agni, at the sacrifice, for the welfare of the offerer (of oblation) to the gods; bring hither the immortal deities, the augmenters of the (sacred) rite present our sacrifice to the gods.

व॒यमु॑ त्वा गृहपते जनाना॒मग्ने॒ अक॑र्म स॒मिधा॑ बृ॒हन्त॑म् । अ॒स्थू॒रि नो॒ गार्ह॑पत्यानि सन्तु ति॒ग्मेन॑ न॒स्तेज॑सा॒ सं शि॑शाधि ॥ वयमु त्वा गृहपते जनानामग्ने अकर्म समिधा बृहन्तम् । अस्थूरि नो गार्हपत्यानि सन्तु तिग्मेन नस्तेजसा सं शिशाधि ॥
Lord of the house, Agni, we, among men, promote your increase by soma or fuel; may our domestic fires be supplied with all that is essential; enliven us with brilliant radiance.
