तुभ्ये॒दम॑ग्ने॒ मधु॑मत्तमं॒ वच॒स्तुभ्यं॑ मनी॒षा इ॒यम॑स्तु॒ शं हृ॒दे । त्वां गिर॒: सिन्धु॑मिवा॒वनी॑र्म॒हीरा पृ॑णन्ति॒ शव॑सा व॒र्धय॑न्ति च ॥ तुभ्येदमग्ने मधुमत्तमं वचस्तुभ्यं मनीषा इयमस्तु शं हृदे । त्वां गिरः सिन्धुमिवावनीर्महीरा पृणन्ति शवसा वर्धयन्ति च ॥
To you, Agni, this most sweet speech (is addressed) may this praise be gratification of your heart; pious hymns fill you, and augment you with vigour, as large rivers (replenish) the sea.
