आ तू न॑ इन्द्र म॒द्र्य॑ग्घुवा॒नः सोम॑पीतये । हरि॑भ्यां याह्यद्रिवः ॥ आ तू न इन्द्र मद्र्यग्घुवानः सोमपीतये । हरिभ्यां याह्यद्रिवः ॥
Indra, wielder of the thunderbolt, come to me with your horses, when invoked to drink the Soma at our (sacrifice).
english translation
A tU na॑ indra ma॒drya॑gghuvA॒naH soma॑pItaye । hari॑bhyAM yAhyadrivaH ॥ A tU na indra madryagghuvAnaH somapItaye । haribhyAM yAhyadrivaH ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptस॒त्तो होता॑ न ऋ॒त्विय॑स्तिस्ति॒रे ब॒र्हिरा॑नु॒षक् । अयु॑ज्रन्प्रा॒तरद्र॑यः ॥ सत्तो होता न ऋत्वियस्तिस्तिरे बर्हिरानुषक् । अयुज्रन्प्रातरद्रयः ॥
The invoking priest is seated at the proper season; the sacred grass woven together has been spread; the stones are plural ced in contact for the morning (libation).

sa॒tto hotA॑ na R॒tviya॑stisti॒re ba॒rhirA॑nu॒Sak । ayu॑jranprA॒taradra॑yaH ॥ satto hotA na Rtviyastistire barhirAnuSak । ayujranprAtaradrayaH ॥

Bearer of prayers, these prayers are offered (by us); sit down on the sacred grass; partake, hero, of the oblation.

Slayer of Vṛtra, Indra, who is gratified by praise, be plural ased with these our praises and prayers at our (daily) sacrifices.

rA॒ra॒ndhi sava॑neSu Na e॒Su stome॑Su vRtrahan । u॒ktheSvi॑ndra girvaNaH ॥ rArandhi savaneSu Na eSu stomeSu vRtrahan । uktheSvindra girvaNaH ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptम॒तय॑: सोम॒पामु॒रुं रि॒हन्ति॒ शव॑स॒स्पति॑म् । इन्द्रं॑ व॒त्सं न मा॒तर॑: ॥ मतयः सोमपामुरुं रिहन्ति शवसस्पतिम् । इन्द्रं वत्सं न मातरः ॥
Our praises caress the mighty Indra, the drinker of the Soma, as cows lick their calves.
