प्र वो॑ दे॒वाया॒ग्नये॒ बर्हि॑ष्ठमर्चास्मै । गम॑द्दे॒वेभि॒रा स नो॒ यजि॑ष्ठो ब॒र्हिरा स॑दत् ॥ प्र वो देवायाग्नये बर्हिष्ठमर्चास्मै । गमद्देवेभिरा स नो यजिष्ठो बर्हिरा सदत् ॥
(Priests) utter devout (praises) to this your divine Agni, that so glorified he may come to us with gods, and sit down on the sacrificial grass.
english translation
pra vo॑ de॒vAyA॒gnaye॒ barhi॑SThamarcAsmai । gama॑dde॒vebhi॒rA sa no॒ yaji॑STho ba॒rhirA sa॑dat ॥ pra vo devAyAgnaye barhiSThamarcAsmai । gamaddevebhirA sa no yajiSTho barhirA sadat ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptऋ॒तावा॒ यस्य॒ रोद॑सी॒ दक्षं॒ सच॑न्त ऊ॒तय॑: । ह॒विष्म॑न्त॒स्तमी॑ळते॒ तं स॑नि॒ष्यन्तोऽव॑से ॥ ऋतावा यस्य रोदसी दक्षं सचन्त ऊतयः । हविष्मन्तस्तमीळते तं सनिष्यन्तोऽवसे ॥
The observer of truth, of whom (are) heaven and earth, and whose vigour the protecting (deities) assist; him, the offerers of oblations adore, and those desirous of riches (have recourse) to him for protection.

R॒tAvA॒ yasya॒ roda॑sI॒ dakSaM॒ saca॑nta U॒taya॑: । ha॒viSma॑nta॒stamI॑Late॒ taM sa॑ni॒Syanto'va॑se ॥ RtAvA yasya rodasI dakSaM sacanta UtayaH । haviSmantastamILate taM saniSyanto'vase ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptस य॒न्ता विप्र॑ एषां॒ स य॒ज्ञाना॒मथा॒ हि षः । अ॒ग्निं तं वो॑ दुवस्यत॒ दाता॒ यो वनि॑ता म॒घम् ॥ स यन्ता विप्र एषां स यज्ञानामथा हि षः । अग्निं तं वो दुवस्यत दाता यो वनिता मघम् ॥
He, the sage, is the director of those (who sacrifice), he is (the regulator) of sacrifices; worship him you (benefactor), the donor, who is the bestower of wealth.

sa ya॒ntA vipra॑ eSAM॒ sa ya॒jJAnA॒mathA॒ hi SaH । a॒gniM taM vo॑ duvasyata॒ dAtA॒ yo vani॑tA ma॒gham ॥ sa yantA vipra eSAM sa yajJAnAmathA hi SaH । agniM taM vo duvasyata dAtA yo vanitA magham ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptस न॒: शर्मा॑णि वी॒तये॒ऽग्निर्य॑च्छतु॒ शंत॑मा । यतो॑ नः प्रु॒ष्णव॒द्वसु॑ दि॒वि क्षि॒तिभ्यो॑ अ॒प्स्वा ॥ स नः शर्माणि वीतयेऽग्निर्यच्छतु शंतमा । यतो नः प्रुष्णवद्वसु दिवि क्षितिभ्यो अप्स्वा ॥
May that Agni bestow upon us prosperous dwellings for our maintenance, so that from him infinite wealth, whether it may be in heaven or from earth, or in the waters (may come to us).

sa na॒: zarmA॑Ni vI॒taye॒'gnirya॑cchatu॒ zaMta॑mA । yato॑ naH pru॒SNava॒dvasu॑ di॒vi kSi॒tibhyo॑ a॒psvA ॥ sa naH zarmANi vItaye'gniryacchatu zaMtamA । yato naH pruSNavadvasu divi kSitibhyo apsvA ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptदी॒दि॒वांस॒मपू॑र्व्यं॒ वस्वी॑भिरस्य धी॒तिभि॑: । ऋक्वा॑णो अ॒ग्निमि॑न्धते॒ होता॑रं वि॒श्पतिं॑ वि॒शाम् ॥ दीदिवांसमपूर्व्यं वस्वीभिरस्य धीतिभिः । ऋक्वाणो अग्निमिन्धते होतारं विश्पतिं विशाम् ॥
The devout kindle (the fire) with his wealth-obtaining rites, (to worship) the radiant, unpreceded Agni, the invoker (of the gods), the protector of men.
