य॒ज्ञो दे॒वानां॒ प्रत्ये॑ति सु॒म्नमादि॑त्यासो॒ भव॑ता मृळ॒यन्त॑: । आ वो॒ऽर्वाची॑ सुम॒तिर्व॑वृत्यादं॒होश्चि॒द्या व॑रिवो॒वित्त॒रास॑त् ॥ यज्ञो देवानां प्रत्येति सुम्नमादित्यासो भवता मृळयन्तः । आ वोऽर्वाची सुमतिर्ववृत्यादंहोश्चिद्या वरिवोवित्तरासत् ॥
May our sacrifice give satisfaction to the gods; Ādityas, be gracious, and may your good intentions be directed towards us, so as to be abundant source of affliction to the poor.
english translation
उप॑ नो दे॒वा अव॒सा ग॑म॒न्त्वङ्गि॑रसां॒ साम॑भिः स्तू॒यमा॑नाः । इन्द्र॑ इन्द्रि॒यैर्म॒रुतो॑ म॒रुद्भि॑रादि॒त्यैर्नो॒ अदि॑ति॒: शर्म॑ यंसत् ॥ उप नो देवा अवसा गमन्त्वङ्गिरसां सामभिः स्तूयमानाः । इन्द्र इन्द्रियैर्मरुतो मरुद्भिरादित्यैर्नो अदितिः शर्म यंसत् ॥
May the gods, who are to be lauded by the hymns of the Aṅgirasas, come hither for our protection; may Indra with his treasures, the Maruts with the vital airs, and Aditi with the Ādityas (come and) give us felicity.
english translation
तन्न॒ इन्द्र॒स्तद्वरु॑ण॒स्तद॒ग्निस्तद॑र्य॒मा तत्स॑वि॒ता चनो॑ धात् । तन्नो॑ मि॒त्रो वरु॑णो मामहन्ता॒मदि॑ति॒: सिन्धु॑: पृथि॒वी उ॒त द्यौः ॥ तन्न इन्द्रस्तद्वरुणस्तदग्निस्तदर्यमा तत्सविता चनो धात् । तन्नो मित्रो वरुणो मामहन्तामदितिः सिन्धुः पृथिवी उत द्यौः ॥
May Indra, may Varuṇa, may Agni, may Aryaman, may Savitā, bestow upon us that food (which we solicit); and may Mitra, Varuṇa, Aditi--ocean, earth and heaven, preserve it (to us).
