दत्तस्य हि पुनर्दाने सुमहत्फलमुच्यते । भरणे हि भवान् शक्तः सेन्द्राणां मरुतामपि ॥ 7-76-31 ॥
For in giving again what has been given, a very great reward is declared; and you indeed are able to support even the Maruts together with Indra.
english translation
त्वं हि शक्तस्तारयितुं सेन्द्रानपि दिवौकसः । तस्मात्प्रदास्ये विधिवत्तत्प्रतीच्छ नराधिप ॥ 7-76-32 ॥
For you are able to deliver even the gods together with Indra; therefore I shall bestow it upon you according to rule. Accept it, O lord of men.
english translation
दिव्यमाभरणं चित्रं प्रदीप्तमिव भास्करम् ॥ 7-76-33 ॥
This divine ornament, of wondrous design, blazed like the sun.

अथोवाच महात्मानमिक्ष्वाकूणां महारथः । रामो मतिमतां श्रेष्ठः क्षत्रधर्ममनुस्मरन् ॥ 7-76-34 ॥
Then Rama, the great chariot-warrior of the Ikshvakus, foremost among the wise, mindful of the duty of a Kshatriya, spoke to that great soul.

प्रतिग्रहो ऽयं भगवन्ब्राह्मणस्याविगर्हितः । गृह्णीयां क्षत्रियो ऽहं वै कथं ब्राह्मणपुङ्गव ॥ 7-76-35 ॥
"This acceptance of a gift, O blessed one, is not blameworthy for a Brahmana; but how am I, being a Kshatriya, to accept it, O bull among Brahmanas?
