दुःखदौर्मनस्याङ्गमेजयत्वश्वासप्रश्वासा विक्षेपसहभुवः॥१-३१॥

There are 5 sub-disruptions other than previously mentioned obstacles which are - Dukha (sorrow), Daurmanasya (anger because of non-fulfillment of desire), Angamejayatva (vibration in the body parts), Svasha (inhalation ), Prashvasa (exhalation)

तत्प्रतिषेधार्थमेकतत्त्वाभ्यासः॥१-३२॥

sanskrit

In order to remove or destroy previously mentioned hindrances or obstacles in the path of Yoga , a seeker should practice to focus on Eka Tattva (one element), that is, 'The God element'.

मैत्रीकरुणामुदितोपेक्षणां सुखदुःखपुण्यापुण्यविषयाणां भावनातश्चित्तप्रसादनम्॥१-३३॥

sanskrit

The mind becomes happy and purified by the feeling of friendship, kindness, joy and negligence with the happy, the unhappy, the saintly and the sinful respectively.

प्रच्छर्दनविधारणाभ्यां वा प्राणस्य॥१-३४॥

Or by repeatedly expelling and stopping the prana vayu i.e. Bahirkumbhaka, the Chitta ( mind stuff) becomes stable.

विषयवती वा प्रवृत्तिरुत्पन्ना मनसः स्थितिनिबन्धिनी॥१-३५॥

Experiences arising from objects like sound, touch, form, taste and smell etc. also keep the state of the mind to one place.
