अस्यैव शिखराख्यस्य ह्यङ्गुष्ठकनिपीडिता । यदा प्रदेशिनी वक्रा स कपित्थस्तदा स्मृतः ॥ ५९॥
When the forefinger (index finger) of this very Śikhara hand is bent and pressed by the thumb, it is then known as Kapittha.
