क्षामं खल्वं च पूर्णं च सम्प्रोक्तमुदरं त्रिधा । तनु क्षामं नतं खल्वं पूर्णमाध्मातमुच्यते ॥ २४३॥

The belly is described as being of three types: Kṣāma (thin), Khalva (depressed), and Pūrṇa (full). The thin belly is called Kṣāma, the bent one is called Khalva, and the full belly is referred to as Pūrṇa.

english translation

kSAmaM khalvaM ca pUrNaM ca samproktamudaraM tridhA | tanu kSAmaM nataM khalvaM pUrNamAdhmAtamucyate || 243||
