उत्क्षिपांसावसक्तं यत्कुञ्चितभ्रूलतं शिरः । निहञ्चितं तु विज्ञेयं स्त्रीणामेतत् प्रयोजयेत् ॥ ३१॥
Nihañcita: When two shoulders are raised up the neck bent on one side, the Nihañcita head is produced. (Uses): It is to be used by women in pride,
english translation
utkSipAMsAvasaktaM yatkuJcitabhrUlataM ziraH । nihaJcitaM tu vijJeyaM strINAmetat prayojayet ॥ 31॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptगर्वे माने विलासे च बिव्वोके किलकिञ्चिते । मोट्टायिते कुट्टमिते स्तम्भमाने निहञ्चितम् ॥ ३२॥
(Uses): It is to be used by women in pride, Amorousness (vilāsa), Light-heartedness (lalita) Affected Indifference, (bibboka), Hysterical Mood, (kilakiñcita), Silent Expression of Affection (moṭṭāyita), Pretended anger, (kuṭṭamita), Paralysis and Jealous anger (māna).

garve mAne vilAse ca bivvoke kilakiJcite । moTTAyite kuTTamite stambhamAne nihaJcitam ॥ 32॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptपरावृत्तानुकरणात् परावृत्तमिहोच्यते । तत् स्यान्मुखापहरणे पृष्ठतः प्रेक्षणादिषु ॥ ३३॥
Parāvṛtta: When the face is turned round, the Parāvṛtta head is the result. (Uses): It is to be used in turning away the face and looking back and the like.

parAvRttAnukaraNAt parAvRttamihocyate । tat syAnmukhApaharaNe pRSThataH prekSaNAdiSu ॥ 33॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptउत्क्षिप्तं चापि विज्ञेयमुन्मुखावस्थितं शिरः । प्रांशुदिव्यास्त्रयोगेषु स्यादुत्क्षिप्तं प्रयोगतः ॥ ३४॥
Utkṣipta: When the face remains is raised up, the Utkṣipta head is the result. (Uses): It is used to indicate lofty objects and application of divine weapons.

utkSiptaM cApi vijJeyamunmukhAvasthitaM ziraH । prAMzudivyAstrayogeSu syAdutkSiptaM prayogataH ॥ 34॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptअधोमुखं स्थितं चापि बुधाः प्राहुरधोगतम् । लज्जायां च प्रणामे च दुःखे चाधोगतं शिरः ॥ ३५॥
Adhogata: The head with the face looking downwards is called Adhogata. (Uses): It is used in shame, bowing ॥ in salutation॥ and sorrow.

adhomukhaM sthitaM cApi budhAH prAhuradhogatam । lajjAyAM ca praNAme ca duHkhe cAdhogataM ziraH ॥ 35॥
