देहः स्वाभाविको यत्र भवेत्समनखं तु तत् । पताकाञ्जलि वक्षःस्थं प्रसारितशिरोधरम् ॥ ६६॥
When the body is natural, with the nails aligned, the hands in the flag gesture, the chest expanded, and the head stretched forward.
english translation
dehaH svAbhAviko yatra bhavetsamanakhaM tu tat । patAkAJjali vakSaHsthaM prasAritazirodharam ॥ 66॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptनिहञ्चितांसकूटं च तल्लिनं करणं स्मृतम् । स्वस्तिकौ रेचिताविद्धौ विश्लिष्टौ कटिसंश्रितौ ॥ ६७॥
The shoulder blades are joined together, and this is known as the bending of the limbs. The two knees are bent, the two thighs are separated, and the two buttocks are supported.

nihaJcitAMsakUTaM ca tallinaM karaNaM smRtam । svastikau recitAviddhau vizliSTau kaTisaMzritau ॥ 67॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptयत्र तत्करणं ज्ञेयं बुधैः स्वस्तिकरेचितम् । स्वस्तिकौ तु करौ कृत्वा प्राङ्गमुखोर्ध्वतलौ समौ ॥ ६८॥
That is to be known as the Svastika gesture by the wise. Having made the Svastika gestures, facing forward, with the palms upward and held equally.

yatra tatkaraNaM jJeyaM budhaiH svastikarecitam । svastikau tu karau kRtvA prAGgamukhordhvatalau samau ॥ 68॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptतथा च मण्डलं स्थानं मण्डलस्वस्तिकं तु तत् । निकुट्टितौ यदा हस्तौ स्वबाहुशिरसोऽन्तरे ॥ ६९॥
And so the circle is the position, and that is called the Maṇḍalasvastika. When the hands are crossed, placed between one's own arms and head.

hk transliteration by Sanscriptपादौ निकुट्टितौ चैव ज्ञेयं तत्तु निकुट्टकम् । अञ्चितौ बाहुशिरसि हस्तस्त्वभिमुखाङ्गुलिः ॥ ७०॥
The feet are bent, and this is known as Nikūṭṭaka. The arms are raised to the head, and the hand is positioned with the fingers turned towards the face.
