पञ्चषट्सप्त तानि स्युः शीर्षकं च परान्तके । प्रकर्यामथ चत्वारि स्युस्त्रीण्यर्धाधिकानि च ॥ १९१॥
Those ॥ songs॥ number five, six, or seven, and there is a Śīrṣaka at the end. In the Prakarī, there are four ॥ Vastus॥ and three and a half ॥ Vastus॥ as well.

The Rovindaka consists of seven limbs ॥ in the minimum॥ and sixteen limbs in the maximum, and Ekakas in them should consist of two ॥ consecutive॥ pādas consisting of equal Varṇas.

rovindakaM tu saptAGge SoDazAGgaM paraM smRtam । dvau pAdau samavarNau tu ekako vAtra kIrtitau ॥ 192॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptप्रवृत्तं विवधं वापि तस्मात्पादौ प्रयोजयेत् । सप्ताङ्गं द्वादशाङ्गं वा प्राक्षमोवेणकं बुधैः ॥ १९३॥
The Pravṛtta and Vivadha should be applied to the Pādas. The Oveṇaka is to be arranged by the experts either with seven limbs or with twelve limbs.

pravRttaM vivadhaM vApi tasmAtpAdau prayojayet । saptAGgaM dvAdazAGgaM vA prAkSamoveNakaM budhaiH ॥ 193॥

In that, the seven-limbed Oveṇaka ends in two Pādas, and the twelve-limbed one in three. The limbs are Pāda, Sandhi, Māṣaghāta, Saṃpiṣṭaka, properly arranged.
