Natyashastra
अभिमन्त्र्य यथान्यायं स्तम्भानुत्थापयेच्छुचिः । 'यथाऽचलो गिरिर्मेरुर्हिमवांश्च महाबलः ॥ ६१॥
After properly consecrating, the pillar should be raised, saying: "Just as Mount Meru, the great and immovable mountain, and the mighty Himalayas are steadfast ."
