Natyashastra
कर्तॄनापि तथा सर्वान्कृसरां लवणोत्तराम् । सर्वमेवं विधिं कृत्वा सर्वातोद्यैः प्रवादितैः ॥ ६०॥
Similarly, all the performers should be served with food that is mildly salted and prepared according to the proper method, and all the activities should be performed with auspicious chants and sounds from all directions.

kartRRnApi tathA sarvAnkRsarAM lavaNottarAm । sarvamevaM vidhiM kRtvA sarvAtodyaiH pravAditaiH ॥ 60॥
