वैष्णवं समपादं च वैशाखं मण्डलं तथा । प्रत्यालीढं तथालीढं स्थानान्येतानि षण् नृणाम् ॥ ५१॥

Six Sthānas (standing posture) for men are Vaiṣṇava, Sampāda, Vaiśākha, Maṇḍala, Ālīḍha, and Pratyālīḍha.
english translation
vaiSNavaM samapAdaM ca vaizAkhaM maNDalaM tathA | pratyAlIDhaM tathAlIDhaM sthAnAnyetAni SaN nRNAm || 51||
hk transliteration by Sanscriptद्वौ तालावर्धतालश्च पादयोरन्तरं भवेत् । तयोः समस्थितस्त्वेकः त्र्यश्रः पक्षस्थितोऽपरः ॥ ५२॥

The distance between the feet should be two Tālas and a half. One foot should be placed in a natural position, while the other should be obliquely positioned in a triangular stance.

The shank should be slightly bent (añcita), and the limbs should be well-aligned with grace (sauṣṭhava). This is the Vaiṣṇava Sthāna, with Viṣṇu as its presiding deity.
