वैष्णवं समपादं च वैशाखं मण्डलं तथा । प्रत्यालीढं तथालीढं स्थानान्येतानि षण् नृणाम् ॥ ५१॥
Six Sthānas (standing posture) for men are Vaiṣṇava, Sampāda, Vaiśākha, Maṇḍala, Ālīḍha, and Pratyālīḍha.
english translation
द्वौ तालावर्धतालश्च पादयोरन्तरं भवेत् । तयोः समस्थितस्त्वेकः त्र्यश्रः पक्षस्थितोऽपरः ॥ ५२॥
The distance between the feet should be two Tālas and a half. One foot should be placed in a natural position, while the other should be obliquely positioned in a triangular stance.

किञ्चिदञ्चितजङ्घं च सौष्ठवाङ्गपुरस्कृतम् । वैष्णवं स्थानमेतद्धि विष्णुरत्राधिदैवतम् ॥ ५३॥
The shank should be slightly bent (añcita), and the limbs should be well-aligned with grace (sauṣṭhava). This is the Vaiṣṇava Sthāna, with Viṣṇu as its presiding deity.
english translation
स्थानेनानेन कर्तव्यः संल्लापस्तु स्वभावजः । नानाकार्यान्तरापेतैर्नृभिरुत्तममध्यमैः ॥ ५४॥
(Uses): From this Sthāna persons of the superior and the middling types should carry on their ordinary (lit. natural) conversation in connexion with various duties.

चक्रस्य मोक्षणे चैव धारणे धनुषस्तथा । धैर्यदानाङ्गलीलासु तथा क्रोधे प्रयोजयेत् ॥ ५५॥
It should also be assumed in throwing a disc, holding a bow, in patient and stately movement of the limbs, and in anger.
