पादमाविद्धमावेष्ट्य समुत्क्षिप्य निपातयेत् । परिवृत्त्य द्वितीयं च सोद्वृत्ता चार्युदाहृता ॥ ३९॥

sanskrit

Udvṛttā—the (Kuñcita) foot of the Āviddha Cārī taken round ॥ the thigh of the remaining leg॥ and thrown up and then caused to fall ॥ on the ground॥.

english translation

pAdamAviddhamAveSTya samutkSipya nipAtayet । parivRttya dvitIyaM ca sodvRttA cAryudAhRtA ॥ 39॥
