पादमाविद्धमावेष्ट्य समुत्क्षिप्य निपातयेत् । परिवृत्त्य द्वितीयं च सोद्वृत्ता चार्युदाहृता ॥ ३९॥

sanskrit

Udvṛttā—the (Kuñcita) foot of the Āviddha Cārī taken round [the thigh of the remaining leg] and thrown up and then caused to fall [on the ground].

english translation

pAdamAviddhamAveSTya samutkSipya nipAtayet | parivRttya dvitIyaM ca sodvRttA cAryudAhRtA || 39||
