कालशाकं महाशल्काः खङ्गलोहामिषं मधु । आनन्त्यायैव कल्प्यन्ते मुन्यन्नानि च सर्वशः ॥ २७२ ॥

sanskrit

The (vegetable called) Kalasaka, (the fish called) Mahasalka, the flesh of a rhinoceros and that of a red goat, and all kinds of food eaten by hermits in the forest serve for an endless time.

english translation

kAlazAkaM mahAzalkAH khaGgalohAmiSaM madhu | AnantyAyaiva kalpyante munyannAni ca sarvazaH || 272 ||
