भ्रातुर्मृतस्य भार्यायां योऽनुरज्येत कामतः । धर्मेणापि नियुक्तायां स ज्ञेयो दिधिषूपतिः ॥ १७३ ॥

sanskrit

He who lasciviously dallies with the widow of a deceased brother, though she be appointed (to bear a child by him) in accordance with the sacred law, must be known to be a Didhishupati.

english translation

bhrAturmRtasya bhAryAyAM yo'nurajyeta kAmataH | dharmeNApi niyuktAyAM sa jJeyo didhiSUpatiH || 173 ||
