अव्रतैर्यद् द्विजैर्भुक्तं परिवेत्र्यादिभिस्तथा । अपाङ्क्तेयैर्यदन्यैश्च तद् वै रक्षांसि भुञ्जते ॥ १७० ॥

The Rakshasas, indeed, consume (the food) eaten by Brahmanas who have not fulfilled the vow of studentship, by a Parivettri and so forth, and by other men not admissible into the company.

english translation

avratairyad dvijairbhuktaM parivetryAdibhistathA | apAGkteyairyadanyaizca tad vai rakSAMsi bhuJjate || 170 ||
