Manusmriti
अधर्मेण च यः प्राह यश्चाधर्मेण पृच्छति । तयोरन्यतरः प्रैति विद्वेषं वाऽधिगच्छति ॥ १११ ॥
Of the two persons, him who illegally explains (anything), and him who illegally asks (a question), one (or both) will die or incur (the other’s) enmity.
english translation
adharmeNa ca yaH prAha yazcAdharmeNa pRcchati । tayoranyataraH praiti vidveSaM vA'dhigacchati ॥ 111 ॥
