इन्द्रियाणां प्रसङ्गेन धर्मस्यासेवनेन च । पापान् संयान्ति संसारानविद्वांसो नराधमाः ॥ ५२ ॥

In consequence of attachment to (the objects of) the senses, and in consequence of the non-performance of their duties, fools, the lowest of men, reach the vilest births.

english translation

indriyANAM prasaGgena dharmasyAsevanena ca | pApAn saMyAnti saMsArAnavidvAMso narAdhamAH || 52 ||
