Manusmriti
पञ्चभ्य एव मात्राभ्यः प्रेत्य दुष्कृतिनां नृणाम् । शरीरं यातनार्थीयमन्यदुत्पद्यते ध्रुवम् ॥ १६ ॥
Another strong body, formed of particles (of the) five (elements and) destined to suffer the torments (in hell), is produced after death (in the case) of wicked men.
english translation
paJcabhya eva mAtrAbhyaH pretya duSkRtinAM nRNAm । zarIraM yAtanArthIyamanyadutpadyate dhruvam ॥ 16 ॥
