ततॊ दुर्यॊधनः शरुत्वा महासेनं महारथम उपायान्तम अभिद्रुत्य सवयम आनर्च भारत ॥ ५-८-६ ॥
‘And King Duryodhana, hearing that the magnanimous and mighty hero was on his way, hastened forward to meet him and paid him honours, O best of the Bharata race.’ ॥ 5-8-6 ॥
