शल्यस्य परेष्यतां शीघ्रं ये च तस्यानुगा नृपाः भगदत्ताय राज्ञे च पूर्वसागरवासिने ॥ ५-४-११ ॥

‘Let swift messengers be dispatched to Shalya and the kings who follow him, and also to King Bhagadatta, the ruler dwelling by the Eastern Ocean.’ ॥ 5-4-11 ॥

zalyasya pareSyatAM zIghraM ye ca tasyAnugA nRpAH bhagadattAya rAjJe ca pUrvasAgaravAsine ॥ 5-4-11 ॥

अमितौजसे तथॊग्राय हार्दिक्यायाहुकाय च दीर्घप्रज्ञाय मल्लाय रॊचमानाय चाभिभॊ ॥ ५-४-१२ ॥

‘Send word also to the mighty Amitaujas, to the fierce and valiant Hardikya, to the noble Ahuka, to the wise and far-sighted king of the Mallas, and to the illustrious Rochamana.’ ॥ 5-4-12 ॥

amitaujase tathògrAya hArdikyAyAhukAya ca dIrghaprajJAya mallAya ròcamAnAya cAbhibhò ॥ 5-4-12 ॥

आनीयतां बृहन्तश च सेना बिन्दुश च पार्थिवः पापजित परतिविन्ध्यश च चित्रवर्मा सुवास्तुकः ॥ ५-४-१३ ॥

‘Let Vrihanta be brought, and also king Senavindu; summon Papajit, Prativindhya, Chitravarman, and the mighty Suvastuka.’ ॥ 5-4-13 ॥

‘Summon also Vahlika and Munjakesha, and the ruler of the Chedis, as well as Suparśva and Suvāhu, and that great car-warrior, the mighty Paurava.’ ॥ 5-4-14 ॥

शकानां पह्लवानां च दरदानां च ये नृपाः काम्बॊजा ऋषिका ये च पश्चिमानूपकाश च ये ॥ ५-४-१५ ॥

‘Call also the kings of the Śakas and the Pahlavas, and those of the Daradas; summon too the Kāmbojas, the Ṛṣikas, and all the rulers of the western Anūpakas.’ ॥ 5-4-15 ॥
