[बलदेव] शरुतं भवद्भिर गद पूर्वजस्य; वाक्यं यथा धर्मवद अर्थवच च अजातशत्रॊश च हितं हितं च; दुर्यॊधनस्यापि तथैव राज्ञः ॥ ५-२-१ ॥
‘Baladeva said, "You have all heard the words of the elder brother of Gada, marked by virtue, prudence, and wisdom, beneficial alike to Yudhishthira and King Duryodhana."’ ॥ 5-2-1 ॥
