अथासनान्य आविशतां पुरस्ताद; उभौ विराटद्रुपदौ नरेन्द्रौ वृद्धश च मान्यः पृथिवीपतीनां; पितामहॊ राम जनार्दनाभ्याम ॥ ५-१-३ ॥
‘And all the mighty monarchs of men gathered there. On the seats of honor in front sat the two kings, Virata and Drupada, along with the revered and aged rulers of the earth, and Vālarāma and Krishna with their father.’ ॥ 5-1-3 ॥

athAsanAnya AvizatAM purastAda; ubhau virATadrupadau narendrau vRddhaza ca mAnyaH pRthivIpatInAM; pitAmahò rAma janArdanAbhyAma ॥ 5-1-3 ॥
