परभासन्ती जवलन्तीव तेजसा सवेन भारत ताम उग्रतपसॊ यान्ति सुव्रताः सत्यवादिनः ॥ २-८-३२ ॥
'And, O Bharata, shining with its radiance, it stands glorified in all its splendor. Sannyasis, practicing severe ascetic penance, upholding excellent vows, and speaking truthfully, peaceful, pure, and sanctified by holy deeds.' ॥ 2-8-32 ॥

parabhAsantI javalantIva tejasA savena bhArata tAma ugratapasò yAnti suvratAH satyavAdinaH ॥ 2-8-32 ॥
