कच चिन मुख्या महत्स्व एव मध्यमेषु च मध्यमाः जघन्याश च जघन्येषु भृत्याः कर्मसु यॊजिताः ।। २-५-३२ ।।

sanskrit

'Have you appointed honorable servants to positions of honor, mediocre ones to middling roles, and lesser ones to lower positions? Have you chosen ministers of integrity and noble lineage for high offices, surpassing the ordinary?' ।। 2-5-32 ।।

english translation

kaca cina mukhyA mahatsva eva madhyameSu ca madhyamAH jaghanyAza ca jaghanyeSu bhRtyAH karmasu yòjitAH || 2-5-32 ||
