कमण्डलून उपादाय जातरूपमयाञ शुभान एवं बलिं परदायाथ परवेशं लेभिरे ततः ॥ २-४७-६ ॥
'However, they were denied entry into the palace. Additionally, hundreds of wealthy Brahmanas, who lived on lands granted by Yudhishthira, arrived with their beautifully adorned golden Kamandalus filled with clarified butter.' ॥ 2-47-6 ॥
english translation
kamaNDalUna upAdAya jAtarUpamayAJa zubhAna evaM baliM paradAyAtha paravezaM lebhire tataH ॥ 2-47-6 ॥
