चीनान हूनाञ शकान ओडून पर्वतान्तरवासिनः वार्ष्णेयान हारहूणांश च कृष्णान हैमवतांस तथा ।। २-४७-१९ ।।

sanskrit

'I also saw countless Chins, Sakas, and Uddras, along with many barbarous tribes from the forests, numerous Vrishnis, Harahunas, and dusky tribes from the Himavat, as well as many Nipas and coastal dwellers, all waiting at the gate and being refused entry.' ।। 2-47-19 ।।

english translation

cInAna hUnAJa zakAna oDUna parvatAntaravAsinaH vArSNeyAna hArahUNAMza ca kRSNAna haimavatAMsa tathA || 2-47-19 ||
