हस्तेन लिङ्गं सर्वतो भ्रामवेदिति मन्धनम् ॥ २२ ॥
Churning [manthana] : For churning, the phallus is held in the hand and turned without stopping.

मन्धन पुरुष शिश्न को हाथ से पकड़कर मदनमन्दिर में चारों ओर घुमाने, तो इसे मन्धन कहते हैं ॥ २२ ॥
