मतान्तरे तु - मेढ्रादुपरि निःक्षिप्य सव्यं गुल्फं तथोपरि I गुल्फान्तरं तु निःक्षिप्य सिद्धाः सिद्धासनं विदुः ॥३-२६॥

एक बाएं टखने को जननांग के ऊपर रखता है और दूसरा टखना पहले टखने के ऊपर रखता है। सिद्धों के अनुसार यह सिद्धासन है।
