यानि पापानि घोराणि उपपापानि यानि च । तानि सर्वाणि नश्यन्ति योनिमुद्रानिबन्धनात् । तस्मादभ्यसनं कुर्याद्यदि मुक्तिं समिच्छति ॥३-५६॥
Apart from this, whatever grave sins (heinous or big) or sins of normal category are there. By practicing Yoni Mudra, all those sins are destroyed (ineffective). Therefore, a seeker who desires or aspires for liberation should practice Yoni Mudra.

इसके अतिरिक्त जो भी घोर पाप ( घृणित या बड़े ) या सामान्य श्रेणी के पाप होते हैं । योनिमुद्रा के अभ्यास से वह सभी पाप नष्ट ( प्रभावहीन ) हो जाते हैं । अतः मुक्ति की इच्छा अथवा अभिलाषा रखने वाले साधक को योनिमुद्रा का अभ्यास करना चाहिए ।

अथ वज्रोलिमुद्राकथनम् । धरामवष्टभ्य करयोस्तलाभ्या- मूर्ध्वं क्षिपेत्पादयुगं शिरः खे । शक्तिप्रबोधाय चिरजीवनाय वज्रोलिमुद्रां मुनयो वदन्ति ॥३-५७॥
english translation
अथ वज्रोलिमुद्रायाः फलकथनम् । अयं योगो योगश्रेष्ठो योगिनां मुक्तिकारणम् । अयं हितप्रदो योगो योगिनां सिद्धिदायकः ॥३-५८॥
Vajroli posture is said to be the best among yoga practices. Yogis attain liberation by practicing this. Also, this mudra is beneficial and provides success to the yogis.

वज्रोली मुद्रा योग साधनाओं में श्रेष्ठ बताई गई है । इसके अभ्यास से योगियों को मुक्ति प्राप्त होती है । साथ ही यह मुद्रा योगियों के लिए हितकारी व सिद्धि प्रदान करने वाली है ।

एतद्योगप्रसादेन बिन्दुसिद्धिर्भवेद्ध्रुवम् । सिद्धे बिन्दौ महायत्ने किं न सिध्यति भूतले ॥३-५९॥
By practicing this Mudra, the seeker definitely attains the Siddhi of Veerya and by attaining the Siddhi of Veerya, what is the task on this earth which the seeker cannot complete? That is, after attaining the Siddhi of Veerya, no work on this earth is impossible for the seeker.

इस मुद्रा के अभ्यास से साधक को निश्चित रूप से वीर्य की सिद्धि प्राप्त होती है और वीर्य की सिद्धि प्राप्त होने से इस पृथ्वी पर कौन सा ऐसा कार्य है जिसे साधक पूरा नहीं कर सकता ? अर्थात् वीर्य की सिद्धि प्राप्त होने से साधक के लिए इस पृथ्वी पर कोई भी कार्य असम्भव नहीं है ।

भोगेन महता युक्तो यदि मुद्रां समाचरेत् । तथाऽपि सकला सिद्धिस्तस्य भवति निश्चितम् ॥३-६०॥
If a person engaged in sensual pleasures also practices Vajroli Mudra, then he also definitely attains all the attainments.

यदि विषय- भोगों में पड़ा हुआ व्यक्ति भी वज्रोली मुद्रा का अभ्यास करता है तो उसे भी निश्चित रूप से सभी सिद्धियाँ प्राप्त हो जाती हैं ।
