गोपनीयं प्रयत्नेन न देयं यस्य कस्यचित् । प्रीतिदं योगिनाञ्चैव दुर्लभं मरुतामपि॥३-५॥
All these Mudras should be kept completely confidential. One should not give their knowledge to anyone. These postures are rare (difficult to obtain) even for the gods. By practicing these, the yogi gets happiness.

इन सभी मुद्राओं को पूरी तरह से गोपनीय रखना चाहिए । चाहे जिसको भी इनका ज्ञान नहीं देना चाहिए । यह मुद्राएँ देवताओं के लिए भी दुर्लभ ( प्राप्त करना कठिन हैं ) हैं । इनके अभ्यास से योगी साधक को आनन्द की प्राप्ति होती है ।
