नाडी निर्मलतां याति दिव्यदृष्टि: प्रजायते । एवमभ्यासयोगेन कफदोषं निवारयेत् ॥१-३५॥
By regularly practicing Kapalarandhra Dhauti, all the nerves of the seeker become pure. Divine vision is attained and all cough disorders are eliminated.

कपालरंध्र धौति का नियमित रूप से अभ्यास करने से साधक की सभी नाड़ियाँ निर्मल ( शुद्ध ) हो जाती हैं । दिव्य दृष्टि की प्राप्ति होती है और सभी कफदोषों की समाप्ति हो जाती है ।
