मुक्तिमिच्छसि चेत्तात विषयान्विषवत्त्यज । क्षमार्जवदयाशौचं सत्यं पीयूषवत्पिब ॥१॥

If you want to be free from the cycle of birth and death, then give up the objects after which you run for the satisfaction of the senses, just like you give up poison. Leaving all this aside, drink the nectar of tolerance, simplicity, kindness, purity and truth.

english translation

यदि तुम जन्म मरण के चक्र से मुक्त होना चाहते हो तो जिन विषयों के पीछे तुम इन्द्रियों की संतुष्टि के लिए भागते फिरते हो उन्हें ऐसे त्याग दो जैसे तुम विष को त्याग देते हो। इन सब को छोड़कर सहनशीलता, सरलता, दया, पवित्रता और सच्चाई का अमृत पियो I
