नदीतीरे च ये वृक्षाः परगेहेषु कामिनी। मन्त्रिहीनाश्च राजानः शीघ्रं नश्यन्त्यसंशयम् ।।१५।।

The trees on the banks of the river, the woman living in another person's house and the king without ministers - all these surely perish quickly.

english translation

नदी के किनारे वाले वृक्ष, दुसरे व्यक्ति के घर मे रहने वाली स्त्री एवं बिना मंत्रियों के राजा - ये सब निश्चय ही शीघ्र नष्ट हो जाते हैं।
