यदिपुनरस्यातिप्रवृद्धाञ्छीर्षादान्क्रिमीन्मन्येत शिरस्यैवाभिसर्पतः कदाचित्, ततः स्नेहस्वेदाभ्यामस्य शिर उपपाद्य विरेचयेदपामार्गतण्डुलादिना शिरोविरेचनेन ॥२०॥
