[Specific features of kapha dominant swellings] In kaphaja swelling, the patient has cold, immobile, itchy, and pale swelling that does not rebound after pressure (solid edema).
As mentioned earlier, there is a combination of causes and symptoms of two dosha, called dwidoshaja. A sannipataja swelling, on the other hand, combines the causes and symptoms of all the three dosha.
